Multiple Invoice Inboxes

Up until now, the Unimarket Invoice Inbox has only supported one standard email address - invoices@ and then your specific domain. For customers with multiple organizations, each organization can operate completely separately.

We have a new suite of enhancements to the Inbox that will allow Community Administrators to configure multiple email addresses. These can be made available to all users with the Create Invoices role, or to specific users with that role. Once setup, users will see a new dropdown where they can navigate between the different addresses and will also be able to move items from one Inbox to another.

There's a whole host of ways that this could be used beyond managing multiple organizations, such as having different Inboxes for different members of your Accounts Payable team. We're excited to see how you adopt this in the future!

All new Spend screen

We're on a mission to make it easier for you to understand where the money goes! Our new Spend screen provides communities with the ability to view and summarize spend according to your chart of accounts. You can now understand what a specific organization, department or school is spending, or perhaps spend relating a specific project or workstream. There's also a spend breakdown by your top suppliers and method of spend by month.

The Spend screen is the first step towards an upcoming Budgets capability where we will add the ability for Cost Centre managers to view their spend versus budget so you can easily see how you are tracking.

Improvements to the supplier page and invoice inbox

This latest update includes further improvements to the Invoice Inbox including bulk delete options for tags and emails. Plus, your email sorting options are now automatically saved for when you return.

Based on your feedback, we have also updated the supplier page in Marketplace to make it easier to view a supplier’s information. There is now a separate Shop tab for catalogues and an About tab with the supplier’s company details.

Other small improvements include a scheduled User export and the ability to manage approval groups via the User API.

Pack Quantity, Follow up with Ship To, & more Inbox enhancements

We're coming in hot with another suite of new features! Behind the scenes we're working on a brand new Budgets module, along with a revamped Spend dashboard.

Pack Quantity

The product page in our Marketplace now shows this field, unless it's been set to 1.

Ship To Addresses

We have a new setting which suppliers can enable to receive the user's Ship To addess within their Roundtrip catalogs. This allows suppliers to configure pricing based on different locations or customer accounts. In case the user doesn't have a default, we use the organization default, or keep this blank.

Invoice Inbox

We've had great uptake of our new Invoice Inbox and are working hard to make it the best it can be. This release includes Pagination instead of the "Show More Results" style along with sorting for the Assignee column.

Format your Purchase Order Terms and Conditions

Our latest release includes improvements to the Terms and Conditions which accompany all Purchase Orders. With the changes, you'll be able to format your T&Cs with different headings and sub-heading styles, insert links and add in an Image.

Your organisation might choose to add an authorised signature image, help information, or perhaps a time-specific image highlighting Christmas/New Year shutdown dates. Here is a simple example:

New reporting fields, payment terms improvement & more

Our latest release includes a number of nice improvements! We're working hard in a number of areas and have more enhancements coming soon in our new Invoice Inbox, as well as new functionality for Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms

If you've ever wanted to try Payment Terms but then decided to use the Due Date instead, we've added a handy enable checkbox. Give these a try now!

New Report & Export options

Catalog tags are now included in the Order Line Export and we've also added the Receiving Date to the Goods Received Not Invoiced report.

Supplier catalog processing

We've made some smaller changes to help suppliers navigate catalogs. The option to keep or remove existing products is much simpler when updating an existing catalog. We've also added a new error message & direct link to make it easier to address any validation errors.

Roundtrip catalogs

In case you missed it, the loading spinner is back when launching a roundtrip catalog. We've improved the visuals of this too!

Choose your default Shipping Address

Most of the time your buyers have orders shipped to the same delivery location based on the building they sit in, or their department. To make the ordering process even easier we’ve now added a new setting to allow each buyer to set their default Shipping Address, so it pops up automatically during checkout. No selection is necessary - just check, then checkout.

Users can configure this either by opening the My Account menu or the new More Actions dropdown in the Checkout screen. You can of course choose to not set this feature or override the default at any time. This will help save time and ensure you get your items delivered smoothly!

While you're setting this, why not take a look at our Login Landing Page setting? You can change this to something else if you'd usually use another module like Invoices or Contracts.

Our last release of the year - Blanket Order Credits, Sort Products & More

Happy Holidays from the Unimarket Product team! 🎄 We have some Christmas gifts to close out 2022 🎁

Blanket Order Credits

We have a new setting which adds back invoice credits to the available funds of a Blanket Order. This ensures you have an accurate picture of your remaining funds and how much can be spent.

We are also in the process of reviewing how this will be supported through integration to your finance system. If you require the blanket order balance to be updated via the integration to your finance system, please contact your account manager to discuss options.

Marketplace - Sort products

Products can now be sorted by Name, Price, Relevance, and Product Code, to get your buyers to the right items quickly!

View Orders Search

Looking for a specific order number from earlier in the year? We now ignore the filters when you complete the Order Search, so no more worrying about that pesky "Last 90 Days" default!

Inbox - Bulk Update Tags

We hope you've been enjoying our new Invoice Inbox, please reach out if you'd like to try this! In this release, you can now bulk update tags rather than adding them one-by-one.

Receive items when accepting an Invoice + Catalog Tags + UI enhancements

Hi, we hope you're looking forward to the end of the year break! We recently released a few features that have been highly requested, and have a few more great enhancements coming before we wrap up for Christmas & the New Year!

Auto-receive accepted Invoices

When invoices do not match with the PO and require buyer acceptance, in many cases the items may also still need to be received by the buyer. Rather than require the buyer to do this in 2 steps we have added a new checkbox in the acceptance process "Have you received these items"? If checked, this will automatically receive the items on the order, helping ensure invoices are processed successfully and avoid manual intervention!

All new catalog tags

Tagging suppliers can sometimes be too broad-brush, whereas tagging products can be quite an overhead to manage. To help with this we've added Catalog Tags so you can assign tags to catalogs during the catalog review process for another level of classification. Catalog Tags have a myriad of uses such as classifying the contents of the catalog, indicating a specific contract number or if the catalog is part of a purchasing panel.

User interface spring clean

Thanks again to everyone that provided feedback in our last in-application survey! We had a lot of great feedback and it helps us know where improvements are needed. One theme was a lack of consistency in some screens so we've taken note begun a tidy up 😀 . This release includes more consistent spacing and padding across the board and we have many more improvements in store.

Improvements to the Blanket Order Report, Supplier Search & More

Hey everyone! We have a range of new features and enhancements in our latest release.

  • To help you better manage blanket orders, our standard Blanket Order Report now includes the blanket requisition number and a list of users the blanket order is available to.
  • For better visibility of all quotes, the View Quotes screen now shows all quotes rather than just those in a New state.
  • We have added hover text to the Supplier Search so that your users can easily see all the things they can use to search suppliers (eg: Supplier Name, Supplier ID, Search Terms ABN in Australia, GST in New Zealand).
