Guided Buying

A new home screen Guided Buying section lets you direct users to your tagged suppliers, catalogs, and more.

Community supplier tags will appear in the Guided Buying section so buyers can quickly filter suppliers by the selected tag. In future releases we will offer further configuration around the Guided Buying section so it can be tailored to your needs.

Self approval groups

You can now create groups of users who have the ability to self approve purchases for specific accounts or projects. This allows you to control which users have self approval for an account or project without giving your users self approval across the board. Please talk to your account team if you would like this feature configured.

Add discounts to invoices

We've added the ability to apply a discount to an invoice on the Create Invoices screen so that your accounts team can accurately reflect discounts and rebates from suppliers.

Improved contract document visibility controls

Currently the only way to view a document on a contract is by being a member or administrator. To ensure you have more flexibility to share critical information to those who need it we are adding new access controls to contract documents.

The new settings allow you to make documents available to all users who can view the contract and you can choose default options at either contract type or contract level, rather than having to choose for every document.

Change suppliers when creating non-catalog item

You can now change suppliers when creating a non-catalog item. A new Supplier selector on the non-catalog item form means it’s no longer necessary to cancel and recreate an item if you need to switch suppliers. In a future release, users will also be able to start creating non-catalog items without selecting a supplier first.
