Release date: 25 August 2026
This update in Contracts Lite and Advanced Contract Management surfaces Supplier Intelligence credentials - including givvable ESG indicators and custom credentials - right in staff workflows, with snapshots locked in at award and contract closure for probity. Users get one-click refreshes for real-time checks, Admins control which credentials show via Settings, and new reporting lets you total contract spend by credential type. Plus, a decluttered Vendor tab brings contacts, compliances, and credentials into one clean view.
How It Works
- Supplier Credential Visibility: Staff can now view supplier certifications (e.g., Indigenous and Modern Slavery credentials) directly on the Contract Summary, Setup, and Vendor tabs without leaving their workflow.
- Snapshots for Probity: The system automatically captures a full set of supplier credentials at the moment of Award (when awarded, via the Go to Market module) and Closure. This ensures that even if a supplier's status changes years later, the historical record of what was true at the time of the decision remains intact.
- Live Data with On-Demand Refresh: While data syncs daily to maintain system speed, users can trigger an on-demand refresh with a single click to verify the most current status for critical decisions.
- Admin Controls: Administrators have full oversight via Settings → Vendor → SI Credentials, where they can select exactly which credential types are visible to their organisation, ensuring users only see relevant, entitled data.
- Reporting: New reporting fields allow for detailed exports to Excel, including the ability to total contract values by specific credential types (e.g., total spend with Indigenous suppliers).
- Streamlined Vendor Management: The restructured Vendor tab is is far more intuitive especially when adding compliances and contacts directly to the contract. Adding new contacts or compliances is now faster via a multi-select popup.
We've also made a significant update to Advanced Evaluations to streamline consensus scoring and better enable evaluation reviews by the chair.
How It Works
- Streamlined Panel Decisions: Administrators can enable Global Consensus Scoring, allowing a panel chair to enter a single agreed-upon score and comment for the entire group, rather than manually updating each individual evaluator's record.
- Improved Score Variance Reporting: Formerly the Discrepancy Report, the new Score Variance tool allows chairs to step through every question—not just outliers—and toggle between initial and current responses to better understand the evaluation journey.
