🛡️ Secure & Compliant Evaluations: Introducing Multi Party Evaluations Declarations

Michael Stebbing··1 min read

We’ve introduced Multi Party Evaluations (MPE) Declarations to streamline how you manage Conflict of Interest (COI) and Confidentiality agreements. When used, this new feature acts as a mandatory gatekeeper, ensuring evaluators agree to your terms before they can access sensitive supplier data.  This can be configured per evaluation at the Evaluators step

Key Features:

  • Mandatory Compliance Gate: Evaluators must review and respond to declarations (Agree, Disagree, or Agree with Comment) before viewing any tender responses.
  • Automated Safeguards: Selecting "Disagree" automatically excludes the evaluator, while "Agree with Comment" flags the response for Buyer approval, preventing unauthorized access.
  • Centralized Templates: Standardized templates can be added and set to apply automatically to all new evaluation requests.
  • Real-Time Oversight: Buyers can track declaration statuses (Accepted, Declined, Pending) directly from the Evaluators table.
  • Audit-Ready Reporting: The full text of declarations, evaluator responses, and buyer approval comments are automatically included in the MPE Report.

Why it matters:

This update reduces manual compliance checks, mitigates risk, and provides a permanent audit trail for every evaluation panel.
