As part of our ongoing effort modernize and deepen capability in Unimarket Nova Sourcing, we've uplifted the Suppliers and Requirements tabs to provide a cleaner, more intuitive interface. We've also introduced functionality, including real-time statistics, and advanced supplier filtering, ensuring that procurement teams have total oversight and control over the bidding lifecycle without the heavy lifting of manual tracking.
How These Updates Work for Your Staff
Supplier Management
- Improved Visibility with Statistics: At a glance, see the number of invited, accepted, and quoted suppliers, along with your response deadline.
- New Action Menu: Use the new ellipsis menu to perform actions like Messaging Suppliers directly, copying Invite URLs, or viewing submitted responses.
- Proactive Registration Tracking: A new "Unregistered" icon clearly identifies non-Unimarket suppliers who haven't signed up yet, allowing you to follow up and ensure participation.
- Simplified Search and Filtering: Quickly find suppliers by name, email, or status (e.g., "Show Quoted Only").
Requirements & Evaluations
- Requirements have been split into two dedicated views. You can now view section-level data through clean, expandable accordions, making complex bid documents easy to navigate.
How These Updates Work for Your Business
- Centralized Award Information: For RFI and RFP types, award details are now slotted directly into the Summary tab, keeping all high-level outcome data in one accessible location.
- Robust Data Integrity: We've implemented cross-platform email validation and deduplication for non-Unimarket suppliers, preventing duplicate invites.
- Reinstate Capabilities: Ability to reinstate previously declined quotes.
- Enhanced Security: All new actions are gated by strict permission sets (Owner/Administrator), ensuring only authorized personnel can remove, decline, or reinstate supplier participation.
