We've completely reimagined how training works in Unimarket. Learning Lab delivers bite-sized modules, refreshed video content, interactive quizzes, and real-time reporting – all designed for busy teams who need training that actually fits their schedule.
What's New in Learning Lab
Bite-Sized Learning Modules Forget long, sit-through-it-all training videos. Our modules are focused, outcome-driven, and designed to be completed at your own pace. Learn what you need, when you need it.
Refreshed Video Content All videos have been upgraded with clear, engaging content and UK English subtitles for accessibility. Your team gets a polished, professional learning experience from start to finish.
Interactive Quizzes & Certifications Each module includes an interactive quiz to reinforce learning. Once completed, your team earns a certificate – tangible proof of progress and professional development.
Real-Time Admin Reporting Administrators get instant visibility into who's completed training, where each person is up to, and who has earned certificates. Track adoption and identify gaps at a glance.
Collaboration Space Access peer learning sessions and deep-dive training on specific topics. Connect with other users, share best practices, and drive industry-focused system optimisation with our team.
How to Access Learning Lab
Learning Lab is available to customers with a training subscription. If you're unsure whether your organisation has access, reach out to support@vendorpanel.com.
On 29 May, your training will transition from Training Academy to Learning Lab. There will be a short period of downtime during the switch. Once complete (typically a few hours), you're ready to go.
- Log in to your Unimarket platform
- Look for "Learning Lab" in your menu
- Click it to access the platform
- Click "Sign up" and complete the form
- Your organisation is pre-configured. Your email domain automatically connects you to your company's account, and you'll see the modules your organisation has activated.
Your username and password stay the same.

It accelerates new-hire onboarding, keeps your team's knowledge consistent, and builds confidence across your organisation.
